You can place an order by phone, fax, email or perhaps the easiest way (and quickest) is online by simply going to the relevant product page,
entering the quantity you require (in whole numbers - no decimals) and clicking the 'order' button.
Pest-Away Australia uses a secure third party shopping cart to collect your order, keep your details safe and notify us that you have placed an order.
We then process your order manually - including all credit card transactions.
There are no Retail Outlets (or Stockists) around the country. Just one central warehouse that processes all online orders.
We have chosen manual processing because this gives both you, and ourselves, the flexibility to adjust the order if need be. We believe this is a better service.
As a part of that better service, especially when ordering online, it is essential that you include a working email address with your details. Ideally, a phone number and working email address.
Please supply your Full Name - Where asked. This is needed for added security in processing online orders.
Your Invoice/Receipt will usually be on top of the parcel as part of the Ship To addressing.
If you elect to order online - You can come and go from the shopping cart as you like just by clicking the 'continue shopping' button or 'review shopping cart'. If you need to change what is in the shopping cart, just select the qty box of the product you wish to edit and change it - Then select 'recalculate'.

|Online Order Processing
|Online orders are the preferred method for processing.
Online orders are processed first (before any other) by Admin staff during Australian East Coast (NSW) working hours - Weekdays only.
Morning (AEST) Online credit card orders are usually processed Same-Day and shipped with Australia Post the very next weekday morning.
Please see our shipping webpage for delivery times with Australia Post (within Australia) and other shipping information.
Afternoon (and Out-of-Hours) orders usually don't provide sufficient time for processing and packaging (quiet days may still get done).
Our regional area of NSW (Far South Coast) has just the one available Australia Post Line Haul truck per every weekday (AM hours departure).
So Same-Day Dispatch is not possible [Same-Day processing - Yes (morning orders) - But not Same-Day Dispatch].
Payment methods other than credit cards will take longer.
Ordering methods other than Online may also take longer.
For delivery within Australia
General orders are typically dispatched by Australia Post using their Parcel Post system and may require a signature on receipt. Your 'Ship To' address should be a postal address that accepts parcels.
You can elect to ship by 'Express Post' or even courier, but this needs prior arrangement with Pest-Away Australia and there will be extra cost. (A comment in the Comments Section of the online ordering
form, for example)
Orders of Bulk Netting (whole bales and large netting orders) exceed Australia Post guidelines and must ship by courier. Pest-Away Australia has a local NSW South Coast preferred carrier (Pace Logistics - Bega Depot).
Pace Logistics then links up with other interstate carriers to get the consignment delivered to where ever, throughout Australia.
However, you are quite free to elect your own carrier (especially if you already have an account with your preferred carrier). But please
understand that there are no freight depots located in our immediate
vicinity and your selected carrier will need to use an agent which will mean delays in any dispatching of your consignment.
Pick-Ups from our warehouse (for local customers) is also possible (with prior arrangement). Pick-Ups are easily arranged using online ordering simply by
just requesting a Pick-Up (and deletion of the Delivery Charge) in the online Comments Section. Please be aware that we reserve the right to apply a Handling Charge
(to cover the cost of packaging) for larger orders.
Please note - You cannot manually delete the Delivery Charge online. We will delete the charge ourselves during our normal processing of the order (provided you have of course requested a Pick-Up
during the order process).
For delivery outside Australia
Online orders with Pest-Away Australia only have domestic shipping costs factored into the shipping calculations. International shipping is extra and Pest-Away Australia will contact you to discuss the shipping costs.
However, delivery outside Australia is usually by International Parcel Post or even Express Courier International. All methods still need prior arrangement.
Particularly large international orders can be specifically arranged direct from the manufacturer to you.
|Delivery Charge (Shipping
|For delivery within Australia:
The Delivery Charge (or Shipping Cost) represents both the cost of
postage plus packaging, labelling and so forth (a Postage & Handling charge if you like). It is not just the postage cost charged by Australia Post (although our Delivery Charge is typically lower
than the normal postage charge because of our business contract with Australia Post). This Delivery Charge varies according to which particular product(s) you have chosen, its quantity and by which method you choose to order
(online, phone, fax etc). There is a minimum online shipping fee (currently around $9.50 - to cover the postage basic charge and packaging) and from that minimum, the
Delivery Charge rises according to the packaged weight.
For delivery outside Australia: The Online Delivery Charge is calculated for Australian domestic shipping only. International shipping will be significantly higher.
Pest-Away Australia will promptly contact you via email to inform you of your new amended Delivery Charge and no processing of the order will occur until we have your
acknowledgement for the new Delivery Charge.
|Methods of Payment
We accept Visa & MasterCard or EFT payments direct into our bank account.
Cheque and Money Orders are also acceptable, but only for orders from within Australia.
Please note that cheques take 5 working days to clear (plus the postage time for us to receive the cheque).
|If for any reason you wish to return one of our products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so that we can promptly assess your claim.
|Customer personal details and customer purchase details submitted to Pest-Away Australia are not for sale or re-distribution to any parties outside of Pest-Away Australia. That includes your email address and phone number. All online credit card details are held on a secure server till your order process is satisfied - Then they are deleted.
