Bird spikes are one of the easiest bird proofing products to install and when made from stainless steel, mounted into a polycarbonate
base, they are one of the more durable methods too.
These spikes interfere with the birds ability to land (without causing them any injury) and depending upon which model, will deter birds from perching, roosting or even nesting on various types of structures.

The AVIPOINT P32 spikes have also been successfully used to deter possums. Only the larger P32 model is recommended. The other models are not sufficiently large enough to stop them
The bird spikes are heavy-duty 1.4mm diameter, 302-grade stainless steel, cut
flat at the tip to prevent injury to both installers and birds
Marine Grade Stainless Steel (316-grade), P32 & P20 models, are available - In small quantities
The bird spikes are moulded into the polycarbonate base for improved durability
The bases are UV resistant polycarbonate, with regular snap-lines
The bases are flexible for using on curves
On the underside of the base is a unique 'glue guide' that allows quick and
accurate application of adhesive

AVIPOINT P14 - Narrow
Ideal for use on pipe-work or narrow ledges as the polycarbonate base is just 20mm wide. On pipe-work, we recommend adhesive and cable tying in place. These spikes are 115mm high and the tips 50mm apart and designed to protect an area up to 115mm wide.
Stainless Steel Bird Spikes
AVIPOINT P14 - Narrow - per metre
This model has a higher density spike pattern and spans a greater width than the P14 model, making it better suited to protecting most building ledges. The spikes are 129mm high and the outer tips 140mm apart, so will protect an area up to 205mm wide.
Stainless Steel Bird Spikes
AVIPOINT P20 - Medium - per metre
This model has the densest spike pattern and is the product of choice in the widest and most heavily infested areas. The spikes are 139mm high, whilst the outer tips are 200mm apart and designed to protect an area up to 265mm wide.
